If these have been removed, then ensure the appliance is levelled.

Remedy:
Overtime bacteria can become present in the drum of your washing machine. There are cleaning agents on the market that you can use in your machine to kill odours (available at your local supermarket or hardware store). We recommend once a month running the machine on its hottest setting without a load (ensure the spin cycle is at its lowest setting) to assist in preventing odours.

Induction Cooking

Water taking too long to boil/food not cooking/lack of heat generation.

The first thing to check when dealing with heating/cooking time concerns on induction cooking is your cookware. The base of your cookware should cover 75% of the zone (unless otherwise stated in your user manual) and it must be designed for use on induction cooktops for the cooktop to operate correctly. Check the base of your cookware as often the diameter of the base is vastly different to the top.

Remedy:
This noise is caused by the amount of energy being transferred from the hob to your cookware. The noise will be more prevalent on higher power settings.
